Sterling A Town Of Many Different Neighborhoods

Sterling offers many different neighborhoods from Sterling Park, Cascades, Lowes Island and Potomac Lakes to name a few.

Sterling Park is primarily single family homes from the early 1960's. Homes have been renovated, remodeled and expanded to meet changing needs.

Cascades is a planned community in eastern Loudoun County. It surrounds Lowes Island and Potomac Lakes. There are approximately 6,000 homes in these communities. The homes are primarily townhouses and detached single family homes. Lowes Island is home of the Trump International Golf Course.

Amenities for these communities include community centers, swimming pools, walking and biking trails, numerous tennis courts and ball fields. Algonkian Regional Park offers a public golf course and a boat launch to the Potomac River.

Countryside was built about two decades after Sterling Park. It is master planned community, consisting of approximately 2,500 homes, divided primarily between single family homes and townhouses. There are community amenities including swimming pools, walking and jogging trails as well as tot lots and tennis courts.
